How to order

Fill out the order form with the products and quantity you would like. We will calculate shipping costs and send you an invoice for a bank transfer within 24 hours on working days.

Shipping

Shipping options for the UK are as follows: 

• First Class: Aims for delivery within 2 working days (including Saturdays).

• Second Class: Aims for delivery in 3 to 4 working days (including Saturdays).

• Tracked 24: Aims for delivery within 2 working days with full tracking.

• Tracked 48: Aims for delivery in 3 to 4 working days with full tracking.

Returns Policy

We accept returns on all items as long as you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to post the item(s). Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Original packaging is not necessary, but preferred for recycling purposes.

 

How to Return:

To return an item please email warbowengland@gmail.com with your name, product you wish to return and reason for return.

 

Return Shipping:

Unless the item is faulty or not as described, return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We highly recommend using a tracked or signed-for service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Your original shipping costs will also be refunded if the item is faulty or not as described.
